Badara DAFE

Founder – YOKU Consulting

A graduate of Paris-Saclay University in Orsay (France) and Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis (Senegal), where he was part of the first cohort (Sanar 1), Badara DAFE is an information systems engineer.

He worked for major groups in France (Air France, EDF, Sony, Renault, Chanel, Manpower, etc.) before joining the BCEAO Headquarters, where he held leadership positions for 21 years.

In 2021, he founded YOKU Consulting, a firm specializing in strategic and organizational support for companies in West Africa. His mission: to help organizations achieve international standards by bridging the gap between strategy and execution with clarity, rigor, and integrity.
